Only after an AI result passes the field checks and is saved. Failed requests cost zero. Reopening, editing or exporting a saved result is free. A repeated request key cannot charge twice.

Yes. Choose the United States, specific countries in the European Union, Japan and China. EU content is tied to a country and language; it is not a single generic European listing. Mexico is included in the research guide for a later release.

AI mode creates an actual product image from up to three reference photos. Choose the White background icon for a clean catalogue photo, or Nature, Abstract or City for a country-specific secondary-gallery scene. Kaufland keeps a neutral product image. Compatible main-image destinations can share a master; text and brand overlays are reserved for image slots that permit them. Review product fidelity and category rules before publishing. Free drafts keep your original photo.

A fresh creative requests a newly generated scene for your product and brief. We do not select it from a stock-background library. Compatible destinations deliberately reuse saved masters to reduce cost, and “Create a fresh version” requests another generation. AI output can resemble other images, so absolute uniqueness cannot be guaranteed.

The workspace shows the server connection status before you generate. AI mode produces localized copy and images; free drafts preserve your source copy. Failed components are not charged, and successful work is saved for reuse.

Paid checkout is not connected. Your available balance is shown in the workspace, and token activity is separate from purchase history. The site does not claim that a payment succeeded without an actual payment provider.

You review and export the content, then upload it yourself. Marketplace onboarding, product eligibility, category rules, taxes and fulfillment need to be handled separately. A content kit does not guarantee listing acceptance.

Products, uploaded photos, generated content and token history are private to your signed-in account. You can edit your name, email login and password in account settings. Email verification and password recovery are still pending.
